AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Palestinian prisoner Emad Sawarka, who has been on hunger strike for 42 days, is facing a very difficult health condition in Ashkelon jail.
According to his lawyer who visited him yesterday, prisoner Sawarka is determined to continue his hunger strike until Israeli jailers end his administrative detention and release him.
The Palestinian Prisoner Society quoted the lawyer as saying that Sawarka met him while being in a wheelchair, and looked very weak after he lost 18 kilograms of weight as a result of his prolonged hunger strike.
